Your job as a Senior Finance Recruiter / TA Specialist:

Working hand-in-hand with the Founder & Director of the company, you will plan & deliver recruitment strategies that result in our clients securing finance leaders who exceed their expectations, and our exceptional candidates finding a company where they feel at home, and a job in which they can excel.

Joining a straight-talking company that provides honest, top quality service to both candidates and clients, you will benefit from a strong database of prestigious clients & super talented candidates, in a niche, specialized & high-end market sector. You will have full autonomy to provide a 360 degree search & recruitment service, from creating your talent pipeline, marketing talent to your clients, and partnering with your clients to successfully manage their recruitment assignments.

Therefore you will bring expertise in external recruitment (2+ years), showing confidence in pitching top talent to potential hiring managers; managing expectations of, and negotiations with, both clients and candidates; and bringing jobs through to offer acceptance in a competitive marketplace.

We are also interested in contracting work to an experienced recruiter who wishes to become self-employed.
