This Senior Financial Analyst job presents you with an opportunity to further your finance career in the multinational manufacturing sector in Mayo where you will develop your manufacturing finance knowledge across areas such as standard costing, inventory management and project accounting at a best-in-class manufacturing hub. Partnering with the Site Financial Controller, you will:

  • Collaborate with non-financial leaders to help them understand and maximise their budgets for both everyday spend and new product development projects.
  • Contribute to the annual budget formation and quarterly forecasting (latest best estimates).
  • Increase the company’s gross margin by driving cost saving initiatives across inventory, labour usage and waste reduction.
  • Provide weekly insights on labour and inventory utilisation and work with managers to maximise same.
  • Business partner with manufacturing teams on new product development by managing the budget throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Using innovative technology such as Power BI and S4 Hana, you will work with your finance team colleagues to streamline processes and the flow of financial data between operations and finance teams.

To become the Senior Financial Analyst you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous manufacturing or commercial accounting experience in a multinational company.

The package on offer is worth €75,000-€80,000 including base salary, bonus, health insurance cover, company pension contributions, hybrid working, death in service benefit and educational support.
