The best parts of the job:

The biggest attraction of this job is that it’s with one of Galway’s best companies to work for, if not The Best.

Having worked as a Recruitment Partner to this company for over 18 years, I can say without hesitation that they are an excellent employer. Here are some of the reasons why:

  1. They offer early progression to people who are “promotion ready”, tending to offer jobs to ambitious people who are looking for the “next step” in their career, rather than the person already doing the same job elsewhere.
  2. The management team and all their employees are extremely impressive – grounded, pragmatic, competent people who really pull together to get things done.
  3. The company really value its employees. Management put focus on the people who work for them and adopt a flexible approach to work that allows each person to work to their best, adapting the working environment/job to each individual’s needs/strengths.
  4. They offer clear career paths for development for each employee, as well as highly competitive remuneration packages.
  5. They always think long-term, they move quickly in decision making and they do things right, first time, every time.
  6. Every person that I have placed with this company over the last few years are delighted with the company, their jobs and their personal development, the majority of which have enjoyed at least one promotion since joining.

They truly are an impressive company in Galway and are therefore attracting the best talent in Galway for their open vacancies.
