This Newly Qualified Accountant job will reward an ambitious Big 4 or Top 20 trained Chartered Accountant seeking a diverse and challenging Financial Accountant job in Galway with a multi-billion euro, blue-chip multinational organisation. Initially offered as an eleven month contract, it provides an excellent opportunity for a career driven Accountant from Big 4 / Top 10 Practice to make the move into industry, to one of Galway’s top companies to work for.
Your New Job:
As a recently qualified ACA/ACCA/AITI Accountant, you would be joining a large, high achieving team of competent finance professionals in this global technology company in Galway.
This Financial Accountant job will offer you a smooth transition into industry, as you will be supporting your assigned entities with all financal accounting and reporting requirements, including Statutory & Tax Accounting, IFRS Reporting, Audit & SOX compliance, and month/quarter/year-end reporting and analysis. You will also be heavily involved in, and at times leading, projects in continuous improvement, mergers and acquisitions and company integrations, as the finance representative in cross-functional project teams
To be successful in this job, you will utilise your previous exposure to international accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS), either through your MnC client base in Big 4/Top 20 as an Audit Senior/Manager or directly from your PQE experience in industry.
