This Co. Galway based Finance Manager job is an excellent opportunity to hone your budgeting, forecasting and analysis skills in a multinational company that is set to double in size by 2026, along with giving you people management exposure where your leadership aptitude can come to the fore. Commutable from Mayo and Roscommon, you will work with the Site Financial Controller and Senior Leadership Team through the provision of insightful financial analysis while also driving cost efficiency projects.
About your new job
As the Finance Manager your contribution will have impact at all levels of the organisation as you provide financial insights across labour, productivity and overheads, comparing current expenditure to agreed budgets and forecasts. Senior leaders will rely on the analysis and commentary you provide to inform key decisions. To help maintain product margin, you will drive and advise on cost efficiency projects, meeting regularly with senior stakeholders from other business units as part of project teams giving you ample senior stakeholder exposure. Significant investment is planned for this Manufacturing Centre of Excellence as they produce the latest generation of their technology products. You will assist by reviewing proposals for fixed assets investments, calculating potential ROI on investments and reporting depreciation. You will manage an experienced and talented small part-qualified accounting team who are technically strong. You will mentor, coach and review their outputs such as payroll on a monthly basis.

How will you be rewarded?
The package is between €75,000-€85,000 including base salary, health insurance for both you and your spouse, (if relevant), pension contributions from the company of 8% and hybrid working.
