A renowned multinational company in Mayo have the opportunity for a commercial and analytical finance professional to lead their manufacturing operations planning, annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting offering a rare opportunity for finance professionals in Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, Leitrim and North Galway a true business partnering permanent job with influence.
As the Senior Finance Manager for FP&A, you will support the Ireland Finance Director in financial planning, management and insights reporting for this 500 employee site and will collaborate with them in the delivery of key, multi-site projects. As the Finance Manager for Ireland you will deputise for the Ireland Finance Director when required and have the opportunity to progress to Finance Director level in 18-24 months. Among your responsibilities include:
A.I., Robotics & Operational Excellence
This company are ahead of the innovation curve with A.I. already integrated in their processes and you will manage functional teams to embed value added technologies which create operating efficiencies. You will be the Project Lead for strategic project execution across the business, co-ordinating stakeholders and managing A.I. driven digitalisation projects such as robotics for report generation and ocular character recognition technology to replace previously manual tasks.
This multinational company is woven into the fabric of County Mayo with a bustling manufacturing site which distributes products globally. With 500 FTEs and onsite functions including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution and corporate functions with both a local and global remit, this multi-billion euro turnover business gives you exposure to a wide range of manufacturing finance activities. In your role as Senior Finance Manager for Ireland you will leverage the inter-connectivity of each of this company’s sites countrywide. With a very attractive package of €90,000-€105,000 comprising of base salary, excellent bonus, company pension contributions, health insurance and hybrid working, you will be rewarded right away for the expertise you will bring.
To become the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A you will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with budgeting and financial analysis experience and a flair for delivering operational excellence in a multinational company.
