What’s in your job as Finance Manager?
Your job will be a Finance Manager of Accounting and Reporting, with responsibility for one to two staff members. You will be tasked with bringing best-in-class practices to controls and procedures in accounting and reporting for the EMEA region, which will be adding 5 more countries next year to the structure. Holding an integral role as the company grows, you will focus on analysis of revenue & COGs on the P&L, and reporting on Balance Sheet margins and margin growth, which is a major focus for the and your staff member will also be tasked with monthly US GAAP reconciliations and statutory financial reporting. As the Manager of Accounting & Reporting, you will also work closely with Finance Engineers to improve automation of financial reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives as part of local, regional and global projects.
