Finance Lead, Manufacturing Unit

As the Manufacturing Finance Lead to a 400-people manufacturing area, you will report directly to the Plant Controller and partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and guidance on cost management and KPI drivers, drive continuous improvement, mentor junior finance professionals, and ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls across the production unit.
Presenting financial data to both Corporate and Site Leaders, you will take responsibility for monitoring financial KPIs for the manufacturing unit, analysing trends and data on production performance such as labour efficiency and inventory waste, capital expenditure & ROI analysis, cost management and variances to standard costing or budgets. You will also contribute to the AOP process, and be responsible for forecasting, financial close, inventory control and compliance (SOX), monthly reporting packs, audit support and team development for your business unit.
