Make an impact:
As their charismatic, trustworthy and dependable Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide sound advice to your fellow Senior Leadership Team members and Board of Directors on all finance and legal matters across the group. You will pioneer bold strategic and commercial business planning and implementation, guide the high-performing finance team of 20, ensure effective & innovative budgeting and forecasting, meticulously manage risk and governance, while also obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.
You will challenge the norm to help identify new revenue streams, provide long-term commercial analysis to increase profitability & generate value, manage continuous improvement initiatives including ERP system implementation and lead the consolidation project including merging entities and finding efficiencies, while ensuring the company remains resilient during this transformation phase.
