You will business partner with PU Management and Plant Executive teams to complete scenario analysis of both commercial and strategic decisions, as well as investment appraisals including CAPEX & OPEX spend review and management for your PU. You will increase efficiencies in processes, procedures and internal controls in your PU, supporting multiple functions including sales, orders, costs, safety, quality, delivery and working capital efforts of the BU.
As a management accounting expert in the Finance Department, you will support the FP&A Senior Manager and the Finance Director with annual budgeting, forecasting, long term planning, variance analysis and month-end management accounting related activities.
As the Finance Representative on numerous cross-functional project teams, you will identify, lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, both within finance and across the business.

Your reward:
As well as joining a team of top performing, highly-qualified and extremely capable CIMA, ACCA and ACA Accountants, in a best practice, continuous improvement environment, you will be rewarded with a competitive package worth approx. €85-90K which includes an attractive base salary, car allowance, performance related bonus of 15% or more, pension (up to 8%), full health insurance for you and your family, share option scheme and other benefits typically associated with a management level position in a multinational organisation. Through the annual career review process, you will be offered genuine and exciting career development opportunities with this established and highly successful global company.
