FP&A was founded by Edel Lydon (better known among finance professionals by her maiden name, Edel Vahey), from County Mayo, who has over 13 years of experience in recruitment, including 8 years recruiting Accountants for blue chip organisations in the West of Ireland. Edel has an inherent interest in people and people’s behaviours and has now achieved her lifelong desire to establish a personalised and professional business in recruitment that will add value to all its customers.
