FP&A Senior Finance & Executive Search is delighted to present this Finance Manager job which will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your finance transformation, leadership and influencing skills across a large scale, matrix organisation based in Galway.
As the Finance Manager you will optimise financial processes within a 30 person finance team for a multi-disciplinary manufacturing site comprising of over 4,000 employees ensuring systems and processes are fit for scale. You will design and deliver best approaches for contemporary areas such as processing share options benefits through payroll, a company-wide approach to the Small Benefits Incentive Scheme, redesign the company sick pay scheme for the future and pension auto-enrolment. You will add value by collaborating with tech teams in utilising robotics and AI infrastructure to automate processes to enable you and your 4 person team to concentrate on value-added work. Reporting to Director level, you will create and maintain a suite of analytics which the SLT will rely on for accurate, concise information on key business areas. You and your team will have a significant contribution to month and year-end financial reporting as well as both internal and external audits.

To become the Finance Manager you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who has worked in a large scale organisation, be that a single site or SSC environment, in a finance leadership job.
The remuneration package is multi-faceted and is worth €100,000-€110,000 including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, share purchase scheme, significant company pension contribution, full family health insurance, income continuance, death in service benefit, hybrid working and a half day each Friday.
